Focus Groups

When we think of traditional focus groups, we often envision a group of people watching a video, product demo, or presentation on a product and then having a discussion regarding their opinions, feelings and reactions.

With the technology that is now available the on line focus groups can mirror the traditional process. It all begins with a multimedia web presentation, after which we utilize our customized software to obtain opinions and comments from the focus group participants.

Online focus groups can be very sophisticated, allowing people to call an 800 number or use their microphone and speaker to interact with the focus group coordinator verbally. On line focus groups can also interact with a coordinator in a confidential chat room environment. The process may also be as simple as emailing a client's brochure and/or marketing mailer for our shoppers to evaluate with their PC's and submit on line.
